Blake is a technology sector-focused legal and policy professional from Sydney, Australia whose experience includes almost four years as an ICT lawyer in a commercial law firm, two years working at the Australian Government Digital Transformation Agency, and a year at Transport for New South Wales.

Blake's area of policy interest is e-government. He believes passionately that there is a massive but mostly untapped opportunity for governments to create more user-friendly and inclusive services for citizens by better harnessing technology. Blake hopes to use his time in the MPP to learn about international best practice in e-government and grapple with relevant policy problems including the regulation of privacy and data.
