Ronny is an Indonesian non-profit professional with prior experience working in investment and government.

During his tenure as a Director at Indika Foundation, a peace education-focused non-profit organisation, Ronny was responsible for programme management, fundraising, and organisational planning.

Before that he was an Aide to the Governor of Jakarta, managing the Governor’s top priority programmes such as organisational restructuring, bureaucracy reformation, and civil service performance management.

As a double-minority living in a culturally-diverse Indonesia, Ronny's goal is to nurture diversity and inclusion by equipping Indonesian youth with critical thinking and socio-emotional skills. He plans to achieve that by taking part in the education policy-making process.

Other than education, his policy interests include public-private partnerships and the green economy.

Ronny is a fellow at ASEAN Youth Fellowship and an Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education Scholar.
