Ngaire Woods, dean of the Blavatnik School of Government, contributed the opening chapter to a new World Economic Forum publication. 

The essay is entitled 'Global governance: planning for the world after COVID-19', and outlines three scenarios as well as highlighting the importance of leadership in this uncertain times.

The collection of essays, Challenges and Opportunities in the Post-COVID-19 World, draws on the diverse insights of the World Economic Forum’s Global Risks Report Advisory Board to look ahead and consider expected long-term changes, as well as opportunities this crisis offers to improve the state of the world.
