biography
My research focuses on governance and public administrative reforms, particularly where relevant to policymaking, programme design and implementation, and service delivery in challenging settings.
I have multiple years of experience in policy research and advocacy at leading policy think tanks in Myanmar that advise(d) the previous USDP and the incumbent NLD governments. I was a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs from 2010-11. I hold a Master in Public Affairs (MPA) from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, as well as a master's degree in international political economy from the University of Kent.
