Born in Waitara, Taranaki, Jenna moved to Wellington to work in resource and environmental management following the completion of her undergraduate studies at the University of Auckland.

Jenna has a diverse range of experience across governments, from working with regional councils in the Philippines on disaster risk reduction, to advising senior government officials and Minister's during her time as Private Secretary to the New Zealand Minister for Oceans and Fisheries. Her experience across policy and operational policy have equipped her with a practical foundation to develop meaningful solutions to complex socio-environmental issues.

Jenna is excited to study towards her MPP, and looks forward to the learnings and connections she will gain through the programme.
