Laura is part of the Careers team providing CV review support to the MPP Policy students. She brings a blend of extensive recruitment and coaching experience to this role.

She has over 3 decades of experience in the recruitment industry. Previously as the National Managing Director she was responsible for the brands strategic vision ensuring the success of the business through the proactive sourcing, screening, and selecting of skilled professionals.

In addition Laura has 16 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, and training. Currently in her private business, she serves as a Corporate and Private Coach, Mentor, and Trainer. She guides national and international leaders, teams, and individuals toward success by focusing on personal and professional development. Her approach is grounded in the belief that sustainable change is built on clarity, purpose, and action.

Laura's professional journey also includes roles at Mind at Work, Executive Consultants in London and Communicate Recruitment, a division of the ADvTECH Group. She holds a BA (Hons) in Speech & Drama and has completed both leadership and management development programs. Additionally, she is a certified professional coach and has attended a number of coaching and mentoring trainings.
