Lucy Haworth joined the Blavatnik School of Government in October 2023 as the inaugural Talent Acquisition Manager.

Passionate about people and the value of building positive relationships, Lucy brings with her extensive experience from previous Recruitment and Talent Acquisition roles from both in-house and agency positions. She looks forward to building on current recruitment practices while developing and implementing a new and exciting talent management strategy for the School.

As a mother of two, almost grown-up girls, she now has more time for her own interests which include travelling, anything to do with food, hill walking and chasing after her mostly well behaved five-year old Sprocker Spaniel, Mabel.
