Madeleine joined the Blavatnik School of Government in January 2025 as a Programmes Officer (Teaching Support). 

Prior to joining the school, Madeleine undertook a PGCE in Geography at the University of Oxford and has taught in a variety of secondary schools and further education institutes across the country. She has a strong background in the implementation of blended learning strategies to enhance student outcomes. 

Madeleine holds a BSc in Sustainability and Environmental Management from the University of Leeds. She has experience within the UK food and farming sector, previously working for an independent charity to disseminate contemporary evidence and research aimed at bringing about sustainable changes to current UK food, farming and land use systems.
