biography

Nasratullah is from Afghanistan. He has over eleven years of professional experience in project and programme management with international organisations in various thematic areas, including education, skills development, institutional reform, counter narcotics and associated crime.

Nasratullah currently works for UNODC as National Project Coordinator for its Regional Programme for Afghanistan and Neighbouring Countries, serving as its regional focal contact on matters related to drugs and crime concerning Afghanistan. Previously he has led reform projects at the Small Taxpayers Office to improve service delivery process and counter corruption.

Nasratullah holds an MBA from Solent University, UK and a BBA from Preston University, Pakistan. His key policy interests include public sector reform, promoting civic space, inclusion, countering corruption, strengthening and building confidence at regional and international relations.

Nasratullah is a Chevening Scholar.
