Shruti is an Indian Administrative Service officer with a strong background in public administration. She has led significant initiatives in urban development, social welfare, and public health in the Indian Government, with roles including Secretary & Commissioner of Women, Children, Disabled & Senior Citizens Welfare Department, Director of Intermediate Education, and Additional Commissioner of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, where she implemented and helped formulate government policies. Shruti's grassroots experiences as District Collector have given her insight into policy lacunae and challenges in implementation. She holds a B.A. / L.L.B (H) from the National University of Juridical Sciences, India, where she was awarded multiple gold medals for academic excellence.

Shruti's career highlights include efforts in urban infrastructure, particularly solid waste management, and community development and education. She is passionate about urban governance, children’s health and education.
