biography

Vivian Jacobsohn Serebrinic is a Summer Fellow at the People in Government Lab, Blavatnik School of Government, working with an interdisciplinary team to develop research on people and performance management in the public sector.

A current student of Insper’s Professional Masters in Public Policy, Vivian has been conducting research on public education in Brazil, especially regarding initiatives to improve learning outcomes through public policies. She also holds a master’s degree in Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, with a dissertation on decision-making and behavioural economics.

Vivian has worked in leading innovation roles at consumer packaged goods (CPG) multinationals, such as AB-Inbev, Samsung and Unilever, using design thinking methodologies and human-centred design. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
