biography

Adebisi Adenipekun is a trained pharmacist from Nigeria.

Adebisi holds a Master of Public Health (Health Policy and Management track) from the University of Ibadan and a Global Health Leadership course certificate from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. 

Adebisi is the founder of Lighthouse Global Health Initiative, a non-governmental organisation, Engagement Manager with Sydani Group, a management consulting firm, and the Deputy Programs Manager to the COVID-19 vaccination Crisis Communication Centre (CRICC) at the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA). 

Adebisi was a non-state actor delegate to the 70th World Health Assembly and a 2017 Unleash Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) talents health category gold award winner. Adebisi has a keen interest in the politics of health policies and the dynamic relationships between pharmacoeconomics, trade treaties, health equity, and national development. 

Adebisi is an Africa-Oxford Initiative Graduate Scholar.
