Graham is the Programme Manager for the Minerva Global Security Programme. In his role, he provides financial and administrative management for the research programme.

Before taking up his current post, Graham was the Head of Administration at and Finance at the Oxford Department of International Development (ODID). Prior to this, he was Chief Operating Officer for the Young Lives research programme at ODID. Earlier in his career, Graham taught in community schools in Sierra Leone and Zimbabwe and held programme management roles for international development NGOs.
