Jennifer Opare-Kumi is a postdoctoral researcher (What Works Hub for Global Education Outcomes Fund Study) at the Blavatnik School of Government. Jennifer is an applied social scientist with 10+ years of professional and academic experience in International Development in 4 different continents.

Her research broadly focuses on ways to improve education and mental health outcomes for young people in the Global South. As a scholar activist, Jennifer is passionate about working at the intersection of academia, policy, and practice to generate evidence, connect policy to evidence and, advocate for the improved lives of all young people.
