The Access to COVID-19 Tools (ACT) Accelerator, co-chaired by Jonathan Wolff, Alfred Landecker Professor of Values and Public Policy, has published an ethical framework.

The ACT Accelerator working group was formed in 2020 by the World Health Organization (WHO) and partners. This framework has been developed in order to assist stakeholders in navigating ethical issues and dilemmas, and more broadly make value-informed decisions, arising from efforts to respond to the pandemic through the use of COVID-19 tools.
