biography

Jaclyn Corin is a survivor of the 2018 mass shooting in Parkland, Florida. She channelled her grief into action by organising the March For Our Lives, one of the largest youth protests in American history and, over time, she has taken on responsibilities managing 200+ local March For Our Lives chapters, leading voter mobilisation and lobbying efforts, and serving on the organisation's Board of Directors.

Motivated by her advocacy experiences, Jaclyn pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Government and Education at Harvard University, completing her studies in May 2023. Jaclyn has since gained valuable experience through her work at the U.S. Department of Labor, Emerson Collective, and most recently, the White House. Looking ahead, Jaclyn is eager to contribute meaningfully to the field of public policy while expanding her knowledge in key areas such as welfare, violence prevention, and education.

Jaclyn is a Michael von Clemm Scholar.
