Prakriti is the co-founder of Political Literacy for Women (PLfW), an organisation that empowers Nepali women by enhancing their understanding of politics and supporting them in launching their political careers.

As the chairperson of PLfW, Prakriti's primary focus is to create opportunities for learning, networking, and leadership development for women in the political sphere of Nepal. PLfW has successfully empowered over nine hundred women across Nepal and has been instrumental in supporting women candidates in their political campaigns.

Prakriti is tremendously passionate about the concept of representation and its vitality in shaping effective policies. She pursued a Bachelor's in Social Work at Kathmandu University, equipping her with a lucid understanding of social dynamics and the ability to address the needs of diverse communities. Prakriti is dedicated to fostering inclusive leadership and creating a more equitable political landscape.
